Huntcliff Equestrian Center is pleased to be offering seven Horseback Riding Day Camps for their 2011 Summer Camp Program. No matter what your camper’s skill level is, at we can accommodate. Each camper is encouraged to work at their own level and pace and above all to just have fun! This year, Huntcliff would like you to select your preferred week in order to match your young equestrian’s riding skills with other campers.Each week long camp are Monday through Friday and will start at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m. If you require “after camp care” (provided at $10.00 per hour), please notify us at the time of registration and we will be happy to accommodate your schedule.
Huntcliff day camps are full of fun! Campers will enjoy horseback riding, learning horse care and arts and crafts! Huntcliff provides snacks and water/Gatorade. Campers will need to bring a bag lunch! In our new kitchen area, we also have vending machines that provide drinks and snacks. On the last day of each camp, there is a “Fun Show” that starts at 12:00 p.m. for parents and friends to attend and a pizza party immediately follows. Don’t forget to bring your camera!
Our day camps aim to teach children (ages 5-12) about the wonderful world of horses. Camp will be held rain or shine! We have a new air conditioned lounge where campers can “hang out” and learn about the care of horses, their characteristics, breeds, colors, and safe handling -- both on the ground and while mounted -- in a fun-filled environment.
Huntcliff will be offering these camps at $400.00 per week. You can pay for these sessions by check or credit card. A 5% discount will be offered this year if the session that you select is paid by April 15, 2011, if you select more than one session, more than one camper is attending or you live in the Huntcliff community.
CHECK-IN: Begins at 9:00 a.m. each day at the Huntcliff Equestrian Center and ends promptly at 2:00 p.m. at the Huntcliff Pool. If you are late, a late fee of $10.00 will be charged. If you require after care, you will need to let us know a time of registration. Camp will be held rain or shine
